OWEN MEDIA PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Written approval from Owen Media is required for returning all products. Any item returned must be in new and sellable condition (undamaged) no stamps, marks, stickers, etc in or on the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and stocking fees of 25%may be applied for each returned item. Opened Cd's and/or DVD's are non-returnable. Customer is responsible for return postage / shipping and must be shipped via traceable (signature required) carrier. Damaged or Defective items must be returned with 15 days of receipt for a replacement. Please include your customer name, contact name, invoice number and invoice date.
